Are you aiming for international growth in new markets? Do you wonder how to make your brand desirable?

Conceptualize your offering

The first rule is to conceptualize your business offering. In my experience, this is the key to success. Even though your offering might be clear for you, it’s not necessary the case with your customers. Also, you need to make sure that you concentrate on activities that bring revenue and lead to profitability. Easier said than done? I think it’s all about focusing on right topics. Let’s define them together!

Go to the field and learn

For all your marketing planning, you need to know more about your customers and constantly follow their wishes. I prefer the philosophy of knowing rather than guessing, and knowledge achieved by going to the field to see and listen. For every company, it’s good to start where it all happens – and it’s seldom at your main office. I will help you to define your route also to new markets. If you are not able to travel, there are many other ways to gather information.

I have followed this principle when transforming a product-driven brand into an interior design retail concept in Europe and when helping to conceptualize a Finnish education service in Dubai, or leading a market study in Cambodia.

Plan and execute

Systematic way of planning saves your resources and gives you the right direction. If you feel that you need help in crystallizing your business goals and planning actions to the right audience, I will be happy to join and help with my expertise based on several international markets and launches.
