Marketing always starts from a deeper understanding of the customers’ everyday life. The only way to get a realistic understanding of a specific market is to go and see.

Often, sending in someone with new eyes and viewpoints to guide a market research is a good way to increase understanding. This is the moment when I’m happy to join you in your route.

The combination of my business background and research period during my PhD has given me tools to practical solutions and flexibility in the field, something that is always needed. In new markets and situations, qualitative studies are recommended to define the “why” and “how” for specific needs and behavior. And there are no shortcuts for getting the real data.
